Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Pekanbaru branch of BPJS Kesehatan. A social security organizing agency formed to organize social security programs in Indonesia. The population in this study amounted to 55 people with the entire population being used as a sample using the census method using saturated sampling techniques. By using the Validity and Reliability Test, Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Multiple Linear Regression Equation, Partial Hypothesis Test (t Test), Simultaneous Hypothesis Test (f Test) and Determination Coefficient Test (R²). The type of data used is quantitative data. While the data used are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, observations and literature studies. Based on the reliability test, it shows that all variables have a Cronbach's Alpha value> 0.6. The results of the normality test show that all data are normally distributed. Based on the multicollinearity test, the tolerance value> (0.10) and the vif value < (10). Based on the Heteroscedasticity Test, it shows that there is no Heteroscedasticity. The results of partial hypothesis testing (t-test) show that: work discipline has a significant positive effect on performance and job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance at BPJS Kesehatan. Based on simultaneous hypothesis testing (f-test), it shows that work discipline and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance at BPJS Kesehatan Pekanbaru branch.
