Pengaruh Prom Osi Jabatan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Staf Sub Bidang Di PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional III Pekanbaru
The purpose of this research is to inspect the effect of promotion on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional III. In this research sample were all sub- sector staff of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional III in Pekanbaru. The sample was determined using purportive sampling technique. The type of data used is primary data, received from respondents' answers to answers distributed to sub-sector staff who work at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional III Pekanbaru. This research uses the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) as a data analysis tool. The results of the research show that the effect of promotion and job satisfaction on the performance of PT sub-sector staff Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional III Pekanbaru is positive and significant. And the effect of promotion on the performance of PT sub-sector staff. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional III Pekanbaru through job satisfaction as an intervening variable is positive and significant as well
