Pengaruh Pemnberian Pupuk Hayati dan Pupuk NPK Terhadap Pertumbuhan Bibit Kelapa Sawit (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) di Main Nursery pada Medium Tanah Ultisol
This study aims to determine the effect of Petrobio biofertilizer and NPK 16:16:16 fertilizer and their interaction to get the best dose and interval of application on oil palm plants (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) in the main nursery. This research was conducted experimentally using a factorial completely randomized design (CRD). The first factor is Petrobio biofertilizers (H) with levels H1 = dose of 0.25 g per plant, H2 = dose of 0.5 g per plant, H3 = dose of 0.75 g per plant. The second factor is NPK (N) fertilizer (16:16:16) with levels, with dose of N1 = of 33 g per plant, N2 = 40 g per plant, N3 = 47 g per plant. The parameters observed were plant height, stump diameter, number of leaves, leaf area, root volume, and dry weight of seedlings. The data obtained were statistically analyzed using analysis of variance and further tested with honest real difference test at 5% level using SAS application. The results showed that the application of Petrobio biofertilizer at a dose of 0.75 g affected the increase in plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, root volume and root dry weight. Application of NPK fertilizer at a dose of 40 g affects the increase in plant height, stem diameter, number of leaves, leaf area, root volume, and dry weight of seedlings. The combination of 0.75 g dose of Petrobio biofertilizer and 40 g dose of NPK fertilizer has an effect on plant height increase.
