Simulasi Dan Analisis Penggunaan Dynamic Voltage Restorer (DVR) Pada Saluran Penyulang Terhadap Pengaruh Voltage Sag Dan Voltage Swell
One of the problems in the power system that is important to pay attention to is the quality of electrical power considering the large use of non-linier electronic loads. Power supply problems such as voltage sag and voltage swell often occur when three is a disturbance that can result in damage to electrical equipment, the motor suddenly stops and other sensitive loads. For this reason, power electonics such as Dynamic Voltage Restorer (DVR) are needed to compensate for voltage in the event of a disruption to the distribution system, namely by injecting voltage as needed. In this study, the method used is to collect data from the results of the calculation of voltage sag and voltage swell conditions, then conduct simulations using Matlab-simulink software. From the simulation results that have been carried out after the installation of the DVR, in the voltage sag condition, the largest voltage recovery, namely in the voltage sag condition of the 70%, occurs in the phase C, which is 0,2879 pu from 0,7 pu to 0,9879 pu. In the voltage swell condition, the greatest recovery occurred in the voltage swell condition of 130%, namely in phase A of 0,3093 pu from 1,3 pu to 0,9907 pu. Based on the results of the simulation test, the DVR can recover the voltage in each phase when the voltage sag and voltage swell conditions with a value of >0,95 pu are close to nominal voltage of 1 pu and has met the IEEE 1159-1995 standard which is ± 5% of the nominal voltage.
