Pemanfaatan Pupuk Organik Cair (Poc) Limbahikan Patin (Pangasius Hypophthalmus) Terhadap Kepadatan Sel Chlorella Sp. Pada Media Pemeliharaan Ikan Nila (Oreochromis Niloticus)
Liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) derived from catfish waste contains NPK which is a macro element needed by Chlorella sp. as a support for growth. Chlorella sp. is one of the phytoplankton that can be used as natural food for fish, one of which is tilapia. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of giving LOF from catfish waste (Pangasianodon hypophthalmus) on the cell density of Chlorella sp. on tilapia fish rearing media. The research method used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 1 factor with 4 treatment levels and 3 replications. The treatment in this study was the administration of different LOF for catfish waste, namely P0 (without adding LOF), P1 (0.875 ml/L), P2 (2.625 ml/L) and P3 (5.25 ml/L). The results of the study showed that administering catfish waste LOF 2.625 ml/L was the best treatment for Chlorella sp. cell density. with an average of 88,832 cells/ml and a specific growth rate of Chlorella sp. amounting to 0.624 ± 0.00058 and is able to support life and growth. The growth of tilapia fish during 30 days of rearing with a contribution of Chlorella sp. and resulted in an average absolute weight of tilapia fish of 1.88 g/fish and a relative growth rate of 0.77 g/day. The water quality in the maintenance media is temperature (28-30oC), pH (6.3-8.3), dissolved oxygen (4.2-9.5 mg/L), nitrate (0.43-16.8 mg/ L) and phosphate (0.64- 3.52mg/L).
