ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the effect of supervision, work discipline, and training
on the performance of security personnel of PT. Adonara Bakti Bangsa in the
Project Central Pertamina Hulu Rokan, Rokan working area. This research
employs a quantitative approach, with a population of 839 security personnel and
a sample of 271 respondents selected using a simple random sampling method.
Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear
regression with SPSS. The findings reveal that supervision has a positive and
significant effect on the performance of security personnel, work discipline has a
positive and significant effect on the performance of security personnel, and
training has a positive and significant effect on the performance of security
personnel. Furthermore, supervision, work discipline, and training simultaneously
have a positive and significant effect on the performance of security personnel. This
indicates that improving supervision, work discipline, and training will enhance the
performance of security personnel. Based on the R Square value, these three
variables explain 64,1% of the variability in the performance of security personnel,
with an R Square value of 0,641.
