Pengaruh Kapabilitas Teknologi Informasi Dan Manajemen Pengetahuan Terhadap Keunggulan Bersaing Melalui Inovasi Sebagai Variabel Intervening (Studi Pada Umkm Makanan Khas Riau Di Pekanbaru)
ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the influence of information technology capability and
knowledge management on competitive advantage, with innovation as an
intervening variable in traditional Riau food SMEs in Pekanbaru City. The
analytical method used is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with a Partial Least
Square (PLS) approach, processed using SmartPLS software version 4.1.0.9.
The research findings indicate that innovation has a positive and significant
influence on the competitive advantage of traditional Riau food SMEs in Pekanbaru
City. Meanwhile, information technology capability does not significantly affect
competitive advantage but has a positive and significant impact on innovation.
Knowledge management is also found to have a positive and significant effect on
both competitive advantage and innovation. Furthermore, innovation significantly
mediates the influence of information technology capability and knowledge
management on competitive advantage.
These findings emphasize the crucial role of innovation in enhancing SME
competitiveness and highlight knowledge management as a key factor in driving
innovation. Meanwhile, leveraging information technology capability should be
directed toward supporting innovation to contribute to increased competitive
advantage.
