Pengaruh Ketersediaan Fasilitas, Evaluasi, Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru Smk Negeri 5 Pekanbaru

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of facility availability, evaluation, and job
satisfaction on teacher performance in teachers of SMK NEGERI 5 Pekanbaru. The
population of this study is the total number of teachers from SMK Negeri 5
Pekanbaru which amounted to 103 teachers with a research sample consisting of
99 civil servant teachers at SMKN 5 Pekanbaru. The data collection technique uses
a questionnaire that is analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the
study show that the influence of facility availability, evaluation, and teacher job
satisfaction has a significant effect on the performance of teachers of SMK NEGERI
5 Pekanbaru.
