ABSTRACT
This research aims to analyze the influence of Motivation and Achievement on the
Career of Movers Teachers in Pematangsiantar City. This research was conducted
at the North Sumatra Provincial Education Office and the Pematangsiantar City
Education Office. The population in this study was the 4th batch of Movers Teachers
in Pematangsiantar City, totaling 80 Movers Teachers. The sample size in this study
was determined using the saturated sampling technique, which involves taking all
members of the population as samples, so the sample size in this study was 80
Movers Teachers. The research results with hypothesis testing showed that
motivation has a positive and significant effect on the career of Movers Teachers,
and achievement has a positive and significant effect on the career of M overs
Teachers.
