Organizational goals can be achieved if employees have good
performance. Performance is basically what employees do or don't do. Basically,
organizational performance is at a good level if each personnel sector has good
performance in carrying out each existing task. Employee performance is a
barometer that influences how much they contribute to the organization. This
research aims to see the influence of work discipline and organizational
communication on job satisfaction and employee performance of Radio Republik
Indonesia Pekanbaru City. The number of samples taken in the research was
determined by saturated samples and a sample of 89 employees was obtained. The
data analysis method used is path analysis with the help of SPSS. The test results
show that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.
Organizational Communication has a positive and significant effect on job
satisfaction. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee
performance. Organizational Communication has a positive and significant effect
on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on
employee performance. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee
performance through job satisfaction. Organizational Communication has a
significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction.
