Kinerja membran nanofiltrasi dengan persen recovery berbeda terhadap pertumbuhan dan kelulushidupan ikan baung (hEMIBAGRUS NEMURUS) pada sistem resirkulasi
This research was conducted for 56 days from October to November 2024 at the Hatchery and Aquaculture Technology Laboratory, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, University of Riau. The purpose of this research was to determine the effectiveness and effect of the use of nanofiltration membranes in the recirculation system on improving the water quality of catfish maintenance media in intensive cultivation and to obtain the optimum percent recovery value to obtain the appropriate water quality in improving the growth performance and survival of catfish. The method used in this study was the Completely Randomized Design (CRD) experimental method with 1 factor, 5 treatment levels and 3 replications with different percent recovery. Percent recovery is the percentage of membrane system feed water that comes out of the system as product water or permeate. The treatment levels in this study include the percent recovery which is regulated using a pressure regulator into 5 conditions, namely P1 = Recovery 60%, P2 = Recovery 70%, P3 = Recovery 80%, P4 = Recovery 90%, P5 = Recovery 100%. The best treatment was obtained from P1, namely with 60% recovery with temperature 26.9- 29.4℃, pH 6.5-7.4, DO 4.10-5.80 mg/L, Ammonia 0.007-0.032 mg/L, Nitrite
0.044-0.065 mg/L, Nitrate 0.131-0.104 mg/L, CO2 3.0-8.0 mg/L TDS 91 ppm and TSS 29 mg/L. And the average absolute weight of 11.87 grams, absolute length
6.61 cm, specific growth rate 3.23%, feed efficiency 58.67%, feed conversion ratio 1.71, survival rate 94.64% and blood glucose value 73 mg / dL.
