Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Ticketing Laporan Kerusakan Inventaris Berbasis Web Di Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Riau

ABSTRACK
The Central Bureau of Statistics of Riau Province plays a vital role in the collection and processing of national statistical data. To support its operational activities, various inventory items such as information technology equipment and office supplies are intensively used by employees. However, damage reporting for these inventory items is still conducted via WhatsApp, without a centralized recording system, making the processes of handling, monitoring, and documenting repairs inefficient. Based on these issues, this study aims to design and develop a web-based ticketing application for inventory damage reporting that integrates the reporting process, technician assignment, and repair documentation. This research employs the Research and Development (R&D) method with a prototype approach for application development. Testing results based on the ISO 25010 standard show that the application meets all software quality aspects, including functional suitability, reliability, usability, performance efficiency, maintainability, portability, compatibility, and security. Therefore, the developed application meets the required quality standards and can be implemented as an effective and structured solution for managing inventory damage at BPS Riau Province.
