ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the Influence of Non-Physical Work Environment, Occupational Safety and Health (K3) on Work Productivity at the Blacksmith Center in Teratak Village, Rumbio Jaya District. This study uses a quantitative approach with primary data obtained through questionnaires, as well as secondary data from literature, documents, and related reports. The population in this study were all workers at the Blacksmith Center, with a total of 49 respondents taken using the saturated sampling method. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) with the SmartPLS 4.0 application. The results of the study indicate that: 1) The non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. 2) Occupational safety and health (K3) have a positive and significant effect on work productivity. 3) The non-physical work environment, occupational safety and health (K3) have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on work productivity.
