ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, communication, and teamwork on employee performance at the Regional Development Planning, Research, and Development Agency (Bappedalitbang) of Riau Province.
The population in this study consisted of 209 employees of Bappedalitbang Riau Province. The sample included 137 respondents selected using the simple random sampling method. The research instrument was a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The analytical method employed was multiple linear regression, with SPSS version 27 as the analytical tool.
The results of this study indicate that: (1) transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.048 ≤ 0.05. (2) communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.001 ≤ 0.05. (3) teamwork has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.788 ≥ 0.05.
