Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Dan Kepuasan Pelanggan Pada Galeri Top Up Indonesia
ABSTRACT
This study aims to examine the influence of service quality on purchase decisions and customer satisfaction at Galeri Top Up Indonesia. Service quality is measured through three dimensions: usability, information quality, and service interaction quality. A quantitative research approach was employed, utilizing a survey method with questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. The data were analyzed using path analysis with the assistance of SPSS 26. The results indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on both purchase decisions and customer satisfaction. Furthermore, purchase decisions also positively influence customer satisfaction. It was found that purchase decisions mediate the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction, suggesting that service quality exerts both direct and indirect effects on customer satisfaction.
