Evaluasi Antarmuka Sistem Informasi Penjualan Pada Toko Mur Dengan Menggunakan Metode Usability Testing

This study addresses a problem regarding the numerous negative responses and usage issues related to the system interface, which can impact the sales process. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the sales information system interface at Mur Store using usability testing methods. Therefore, this study focuses on analyzing aspects of usability testing such as learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors, and satisfaction. In addition, it aims to identify shortcomings and provide recommendations for improvements to the system design. The solution in this research involves conducting a thorough evaluation using usability testing involving users or employees of Mur Store. The results of this study show that the Youtap POS cashier application at Mur Store received an average score of 76.19%, indicating that the interface of the sales information system at Mur Store is very good.
