Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi Dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pt. Wahana Tata Griya Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the influence of work environment, motivation, and compensation on employee performance at PT. Wahana Tata Griya Pekanbaru. The research background is based on fluctuating and declining employee performance in recent years, which is suspected to be caused by an unconducive work environment, low work motivation, and dissatisfaction with the compensation provided. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 56 employees as the sample, using a total sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and data analysis is conducted using multiple linear regression with the aid of SPSS software.
The results show that both simultaneously and partially, work environment, motivation, and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The implications of this research highlight the importance of improving the quality of the work environment, providing appropriate motivation, and ensuring fair and adequate compensation systems to enhance employee performance.
