Persepsi Dosenterhadap Integrasi Nilai Karakter Pada Mata Kuliah Keahlian Berkarya (Mkb) Di Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi Fkip Universitas Riau
This study aims to determine the perceptions of lecturers towards integration MKB Character Education in Biology Faculty of Teacher Education Program University of Riau. The research was conducted in May-August 2012. The parameters of this research is the perception and understanding lecturers. Technique data collecting syllabi and SAP documentation, questionnaires, and tests comprehension. Questionnaire perception of lecturers consists of closed and open questionnaire questionnaire. Enclosed questionnaire consisted of two indicators: (1) character education with 4 sub-indicators and (2) implementation of character education with 2 sub-indicators. Comprehension test has two indicators: (1) character education with 5 sub-indicators, and (2) development of character education with 3 sub indikator.Teknik analysis of the data is a descriptive analysis technique, the processing component of the syllabus and SAP, questionnaires and tests comprehension categorized by category of less , pretty, good, very good. Completeness of components syllabus is very good, very good completeness SAP components. Perception Lecturer for each sub-indicator has a very good category. Lecturer MKB has a good understanding of the integration of the value of the character at MKB. Potential value of the character at MKB include: honesty, tolerance, discipline, hard work, creative, independent, democratic, curiosity, friendship / communicative, love peace, and responsibility. Based on the study it can be concluded that the integration of Value Perception Lecturer at MKB in Character Education Program Biology is very good. This strongly supports the implementation of character education to MKB.
