Pengaruh Pelatihan Dan Motivasi Terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan Bagian Workshop PT. Suka Fajar Pekanbaru

This research was conducted at PT. Suka Fajar Pekanbaru located at Jalan Sukarno Hatta No. 285 Pekanbaru - Riau, held from January 19 2013 until completion. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training and motivation simultaneous partial dam on employee productivity workshoppada part of PT. Suka Fajar Pekanbaru. To achieve these objectives the research conducted using a sample of 57 people, Sensus.Metode using test data analysis using simultaneous and partial test.

Based on the research results which indicate that there is a significant influence on the training and motivation on employee productivity.


Recommendations can be submitted is for PT. Suka Fajar to variable productivity Pekanbaru company should be able to improve or at least maintain the indicator coaching is conducted continuously, continuously improved the quality of work results, empowering done to achieve the goal, provided complete facilities and comfortable working environment workplace so that employee productivity can be further enhanced. In addition the company also had to be increased, especially on indicators of service delivery to customers is a major goal in the medium category.
