Food is essential for human kebutuhaan, currently circulating the food Circulation Without Permission (TIE). Based on the PP. 69 Year 1999 on Food Label and Advertisement states "Any person knowingly manufactures or produces food that is packaged in the region of Indonesia for trade must include a label on, inside, or dikemasan and food". Currently there are many food products that are low berkualitasnya thus endangering public health and safety . Clearly regulated in Act No. 8 of 1999 on "Consumer Protection", then it will circulate dikenkan fined 2 billion or 5 years imprisonment .
This research was conducted at the Center for Food and Drug Administration (BBPOM) Pekanbaru . This study aims to find out the supervision of the Center for Food and Drug Control Without Permission Edar (TIE) in the city of Pekanbaru . The theory used is a qualitative research method, while the data collection techniques are observation and interview . While data analysis conducted described .
From the results of this study concluded that convey current and Drug Administration Center for Food still find obstacles in the food and beverage raided Without Permission Edar (TIE), because there are many merchants or businesses that sell food and drinks without labels resmidari Hall of POM RI to hide - hide.
