Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Quick On The Draw Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Mata Pelajaran Ips Kelas V Sdn 009 Kerampal Kecamatan Batang Gansal Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu
Education is a very important process to improve the intelligence , skill , enhance character , strengthens personalities , and strengthen the spirit of togetherness in order to establish yourself and build the nation together . Therefore education is not only the responsibility of the government but also the responsibility of the community , parents , teachers , and students themselves . Goal is for all teachers to teach a given subject matter can be controlled entirely by students . But based on the experience of researchers for teaching social studies in class V SDN 009 Kerampal in achieving maximum learning experience problems , such as students look off so many teachers who work while students just stay silent / passive activity related to social studies students in receiving , disinterest of students towards learning is also supported by the existence of conditions that created teacher learning . This is because teachers in teaching Hannya use the lecture method , so the lack of mastery of the material , the low level of students' understanding of the material provided by the teacher . Of course the above problems would result in lower values in the social studies classroom Kerampal SDN 009 is 60 while for achieving minimum completeness criteria ( KKM ) student minimum average value is 65 .
The purpose of this study to solve the above problems by using a model of Quick on the Draw . This study was conducted to 22 students ( 10 male students and 12 female students ) . The research was conducted on 9 April to 19 April 2013 . Teacher data and student data collected through observation sheet which includes : teacher activity , student activity , learning outcomes ( absorption , and mastery learning students ) .
Constraints that happens makes the researcher to conduct a study with the hope of learning can provide variety . Quick on the Draw model does have its own charm . Many things were learned by the students . First students work in groups to solve the task , the more efficient the faster progress of the work group . Second , provide a variety of experiences in terms of the skills developed by the students themselves .
