This study used a qualitative research method that the source data is taken from books , journals , newspapers , the internet , and previous studies have data that is relevant to the title . Perspectives and levels of analysis used in this study is that the state as the main actor . By using the theory of international cooperation and analyzes the state of the nation
This study will describe the motivations that made Indonesian fisheries cooperation with Vietnam . And knowing the interests of Indonesian fisheries cooperation with Vietnam . Indonesia as a country with high potential fishery resources are threatened by illegal fishing, which often occur in the waters of Indonesia and neighboring countries especially Vietnam .
Indonesia and Vietnam to cooperate in the development of catfish farming . Indonesia and Vietnam is the country 's largest exporter of catfish . By doing this partnership will be able to increase exports from Indonesia to Vietnam catfish fisheries are also other countries . With the establishment of cooperation to strengthen the bilateral relations between Indonesia fisheries and vietnam and mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries that is .
