Pengaruh Penerapan Karakter Produktif Dalam Budaya Sekolah Terhadap Pembentukan Perilaku Produktif Siswa Smp Negeri 3 Pekanbaru

Schools are social institutions. Institution is an organization that is built to sustain and improve their living standars. Schools must have a productive school culture can provide space and opportunity for every citizen to optimize his potensial school each. SMP Negeri 3 Pekanbaru is one of the pilot schools in Pekanbaru expected to print a student of character, particulary the character of the productive. Good character eduacation should involve a moral knowing, moral feeling, and moral action, forming a unitary embodiment of behavior and attitude to life. Value developed in character education were identified from four sources, namel religion, pancasila, culture and national education goals. Based on the four sources idenfied 18 cultureal value and the character of the naions education (Asan, dkk: 2010) that is honest, tolerance, discipline, hard work, creative, independent, democratic, curiosity, the spirit of nationalism, patriotism, respect for achievement, friendly or communicartive, love peace, likes to read, care for te environment, soscial care and responbility. Th aim of this study is the effect of applying there profilic character in a produktive school culture on SMP Negeri 3 Pekanbaru student behavior. Sampling technique is done by purposive random sampling technique. Sample size in this study was 39 to 39for teachers and students. The analysis uses a simple linear regression with a significance level of 5%. Vbased on the calculation results obtained f value calculated for 9,4 and 3,26 f table. This mean that the value of f is bigger than f table means the hypothesis is accepted, where there are significant implementation productive behavior of students.
Simple linear regression equations obtaned in this study were Y = a +bX. Regression coefficient (b) means that if the application is 0,31 granted profilic character incrased by 1 init . then it wil increase the productivebehavior of syudents by 0,31 if persentasion by 31%.
