STRATEGY PROSPEROUS JUSTICE PARTY (PKS) LEGISLATIVE ELECTIONS IN 2009 IN THE DISTRICT INDRAGIRI HULU

The purpose of this study is to determine the strategy of the Prosperous Justice Party in the 2009 legislative elections in Indragiri Hulu in Riau Province and determine the factors that hinder the implementation of the strategy of the Prosperous Justice Party in the 2009 legislative elections in Indragiri Hulu in Riau Province.
This research is using descriptive research, using sources from the Board of Directors Branch, Twig Board PKS Indragiri Hulu and from the voting public. All of the data and information obtained will be described according to the classification of the data obtained and the comparison with theoretical concepts that are relevant to this study.
The results of this study revealed that the strategy pursued by the Branch Executive Council and Executive Board of the Prosperous Justice Party Leaves Indragiri Hulu in the 2009 legislative election is strengthening the party cadres, the approach to community leaders, to introduce and popularize the party symbol and legislative candidates, recruitment politics, political socialization, and political communication. From research conducted shows that the strategy pursued MCC in winning the 2009 elections in Indragiri Hulu expressed less successful because only one person in four electoral districts that are members of parliament Indragiri Hulu.
