Evaluasi Kinerja Perusahaan Daerah Bank Pengkreditan Rakyat (PD BPR) Rokan Hulu di Kabupaten Rokan Hulu
Bank is a financial intermediary that is generally established with the
authority to accept deposits, lend money, and issue promissory notes, known as a
banknote. One of BUMD that are owned by the Local Government Rokan Hulu
and operating within the Rokan Hulu until today, the Company Regional Rural
Banks Rokan Hulu (PD BPR Rokan Hulu), established by Regulation Rokan Hulu
District No. 3 of 2007 on Company Establishment of Regional Rural Banks Rokan
Hulu.
The formulation of the problem in this research is how the performance
assessment of PD BPR Rokan Hulu based financial perspective and How PD BPR
performance assessment based perspective Rokan Hulu subscribers / customers.
The purpose of research is to determine the performance of PD RB Rokan Hulu
based financial and performance perspective PD BPR Rokan Hulu based
perspective customer / customer. The theory used in this research is the theory
and the theory of Balanced Scorecard Performance
The study was conducted to clients PD BPR Rokan Hulu which had saved
at least 2 years. Quantitative descriptive research type with the number of
respondents was 50 people sampled in the study. This study will focus on the
problem of assessing the performance of PD BPR Rokan Hulu is based on the
Balanced Scorecard method which consists of four perspectives, but due to
limitations of the authors to conduct research, in this study only see from a
financial perspective and the customer (customer).
The results showed that the performance of BPR PD Rokan Hulu based
financial perspective. In the aspect of liquidity showed good performance, seen
from the decline in the LDR in 2013 to 66.30%, which indicates the increasing
ability of liquidation of the bank, but the aspect of profitability and asset quality
showed a decrease in performance but in the aspect of efficiency and capital
aspect experienced an increase in the CAR (Capita Adequecy Ratio) which
indicates the strength of capital PD BPR Rokan Hulu. Overall performance of PD
RB Rokan Hulu on the financial perspective showed good performance, because
of the 5 aspects assessed, 3 aspect shows good performance
Meanwhile PD BPR performance Rokan Hulu based perspective of
customer research shows that the aspects, aspects of customer retention, customer
satisfaction, customer profitability has increased, but the aspect of market share
and a decline in customer acquisition aspect ratio. Overall performance of PD RB
Rokan Hulu on the customer's perspective shows good performance because 3 of
5 aspects that have increased and showed good performance.
