Analisis Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Kualitas Lulusan Politeknik Bengkalis

Abstrak: This study aims to analyze the dominant variables influenced the
output quality of the Politeknik Bengkalis. The variables are: curriculum
standard, educators and administrators standard, facilities standard, cost
standard, and information system standard. The population of the study are
output of Politeknik Bengkalis, educators and staff, and the mitra as users. All
population is 94 and the sample of research is 76 person. The researcher
used snowball sampling to indicate the alumnies, random sampling to indicate
the educators and administrators, and incidental sampling to indicate the
mitra of Politeknik Bengkalis as the users. This research been conducted
from May to August 2013. After analyzing the data, it is found that: 1) the
facilities standard and 2) the information system standard are dominant
variables influence the output quality of the Politeknik Bengkalis. The
coeficient correlation of the facilities standardis 0,506, and the linearity
regression is Ŷ = 33,337 + 0,493 X3. The coefficient correlation of the
information system standard is 0,594, and the linearity regression is Ŷ =
21,309 + 0,599 X5. The facilities standard (X1) and information systems
standard (X2) together influenced the output quality of the
PoliteknikBengkalis(Y) is Ŷ = 18,471 + 0,227X3 + 0,458X5.
