Agustin Basriani, NIM. 1110247359, The Effect of Organizational Competence and Commitment on Job Satisfaction and Lecturer Performance (Case Study on Yayasan Pendidikan Persada Bunda Pekanbaru) under the guidance of Prof.Dr.Susi Hendriani, SE., M.Si and Drs.Machasin, M.Si. This study aims to determine the effect of competence on job satisfaction of lecturer, to determine the effect of Organizational Commitment on job satisfaction of lecturer, to determine the effect of competence and organizational commitment on job satisfaction of lecturer, and to determine the effect of job satisfaction of Lecturer on Lecturer Performance (Case Study on Yayasan Pendidikan Persada Bunda Pekanbaru). The sampling technique used in this research was saturated sampling technique, while the sample is 61 permanent lecturers of Yayasan Pendidikan Persada Bunda. For Techniques of Data Collection, the reseracher applied questionnaire, interview and documentation. While in Technique of Data Analysis the researcher used estimation model approach with two stage least square applied with descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistics, through Multiple Regression Analysis and were processed by using SPSS version 21.0. Based on the research results, Competence significantly affected job satisfaction of Lecturer, Organizational Commitment significant affected Job Satisfaction of Lecturer, simultaneously two variables of Competence and Organizational Commitment affected Job Satisfaction effect on the value of R2 is 0.462. This value indicates that 46.2% of job satisfaction within the Yayasan Pendidikan Persada Bunda received contributions from the competence and organizational commitment. While job satisfaction also affected Lecturer performance Significantly based on coefficient of determination (R2) as 0.231 showed that variable contribution of job satisfaction to the lecturer performance in Yayasan Pendidikan Persada Bunda as 23.1%.
