Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Pertanahan Kota Pekanbaru

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of the leadership, work discipline and motivation to work on the performance of employees at the Land Office Pekanbaru. The research population is all employees at the Land Office Pekanbaru City numbering 64 people. The sample in this study is that elected employees amounted to 56 people. The instrument used for data collection was the questionnaire Likert scale model. To test the hypothesis used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The result showed that the leadership had direct influence significant and positive impact on the performance of employees, work discipline has a direct effect significant and positive impact on employee performance, and motivation have a direct effect significant and positive impact on employee performance. The study recommended to the leadership and institutions in making policies on leadership, work discipline, motivation and performance of employees as well as additional reference material for other researchers who want to analyze to the same problem.
