TYAS PRAMESTI, NIM. 0910246635, The effect of economic growth, regional income, general allocation fund and a special allocation of funds for capital expenditure budget of local governments in the counties and cities in Indonesia, led by Taufik and Vince Ratnawati.
The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze whether economic growth (PDRB), local revenue, general allocation funds and special allocation funds affect the capital expenditure budget in the city / district governments in Indonesia.
The method used in this study is the verification method, using secondary obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics. Data collection techniques used are documentation and literature study with a quantitative approach. The population of this study were 491 districts / cities and using purposive sampling obtained 216 counties and cities as samples from 2009 up to 2012. The research data have been eligible classic assumption test and conformance test models with Adjusted R2 processed by 4.3% by using multiple linear regression techniques. The result of this study prove that regional income effect on capital expenditure in local government districts and cities in Indonesia, while economic growth is proxied by PDRB at constant prices, the general allocation fund and special allocation fund and special allocation funds do not affect the capital expenditure budget.
