Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Pt. Everbright Cabang Pekanbaru
This research was conducted at PT. Everbright Pekanbaru branch. The population is all employees of PT. Pekanbaru Branch Everbright totaling 64 people. As for sampling, the authors use census method. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, work environment partially on the performance of employees of PT. Branch Everbright Pekanbaru and to determine the effect of job satisfaction and work environment simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT. Branch Everbright Pekanbaru. Results of this study stated that job satisfaction variables significantly influence employee performance variable at PT. Everbright Pekanbaru. Work environment variables significantly influence employee performance variable at PT. Everbright Pekanbaru. Job satisfaction and work environment together positive influence on employee performance. Correlation values (AdjR2) of 0.450 or 45% means job satisfaction and work environment affects performance by 45% while 55% are influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
