This study aims to find out the influence of budget arrangement participation, leadership style, organizational commitment, quality of human resources, and organizational communication against local government official’s performance of Dumai City. The population of this study is on SKPD Dumai City Government, and the sample of this study are Echelon II, III, and IV. This study used primary data by using data collection techniques is distributing questionnaires. The questionnaires was distributed 130, and just 98 questionnaires was back. The data obtained were analyzed by using the quality of the data test, normality test, the classical assumptions, as well as using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing which includes t-test, f, and the coefficient of determination with through 17 version of SPSS software. The results of this study conclude that budget arrangement participation, leadership style, organizational commitment, and organizational communication have a significant effect to the local government official’s performance. Then the quality of human resources does not significantly influence to the local government official’s performance.
