This research is motivatedby theexistence ofphenomena relating to Managerial Competence Principal kindergarten as they found that the principalhas not given the opportunity for teacher stoimprove education, be it training orcontinuing education kejenjang higher, still have not found that principals Endeavormoveorinvite teachers toevaluate children's learning outcomes, they foundthatthe principalnotto usestudy time effectively in school, and give examples of how to work, build motivation and collaboration, as well ashowto coordinate the variousel ements of education, they found that the principal has not has the capacity and professional skills as principal, thus not able to provide good supervisi ontosubordinates.The purposeof thisstudy was to deter mine the Principal Managerial Competence kindergarten in Kecamatan Benai Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. The population in this study were all Principal kindergartenin Kecamatan Benai kabupaten Kuantan Singingi to taling 32 person. Becausethe populationis relatively small the nused sampling saturated. Basedon this research, Managerial Ability Principal kindergarten in District Benai Singingi Kuantan districtis high. Itmeans showing Managerial Ability Principal kindergartenin Kecamatan Benai Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi has been going well.
