Pengaruh Profesionalisme Dan Kepuasan Kerja Perawat Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi RS. Eka Hospital Pekanbaru
This research was conducted at the Eka Hospital Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of partial and simultaneous professionalism and job satisfaction. The number of samples in this study was 73 nurses Eka Hospital Pekanbaru.
From the results of two-way t test with professionalism in mind that variable with the value tcount> ttable or 5.506> 2.00 and thus professionalism partially positive effect on organizational commitment. Furthermore, job satisfaction variable with a value of t count> t table or 4.605> 2.00 and thus job satisfaction partially positive effect on organizational commitment. Test results with a value of F = f 33,674 and Ftable = 3.13 so Fcount greater than Ftable and the significant value of F is 0.000 less than α value of 0.05. Thus simultaneous professionalism and job satisfaction affects organizational commitment RS Eka Hospital Pekanbaru.
Advice that can be given is expected that the Eka Hospital Pekanbaru to instill cultural values of the organization. To nurses in order to try to provide innovative services and varied, more to instill in serving as health workers, more daring in the face of challenging work and mutual support among fellow nurses.
