The school environment is something that is highly demanded conducive and good, so presumably the individual or the person in a school can work well, so they can achieve maximum results. One of the effects of the working environment is the motivation of teachers working in a school. As a teacher must have a good motivation to work. Being a teacher without work motivation will quickly feel tired due to lack of a driving element. This study was conducted on 51 teachers in kindergarten in the District Marpoyan Peace Village Maharatu Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine the level of work motivation of teachers, working in the school environment and to determine the relationship of work environment with work motivation Preschool in the Village District of Marpoyan Peace Maharatu Pekanbaru. The method used is a correlation study. Data collection tool that is used in the form of a Likert scale by distributing kueisioner. With a total sample of 51 kindergarten teachers. From the data analysis the percentage of the working environment for 64.7% of teachers with high category, and the percentage of teachers' work motivation is at 74.5% with a high category. Analysis of hypothesis test is obtained values of r (Pearson correlation), the value of 0.367 while the value rhitung rtabel (5%) (df = n-2 = 51-2 = 49) so rtabel = 0,281. because rhitung rtabel is greater than 0.367> 0.281, we concluded that there is positive relationship between work environment and work motivation kindergarten teacher in Kelurahan Maharatu Kecamatan Marpoyan Damai Pekanabaru.
