This research aims to: (a) Analyze aspects of the internal that become the preference of students choosing MTS, (b) Analyze aspects External that become the preference of students choosing MTS, (c) Analyzing the category of internal factors that become the preference of students choosing MTS, (d) Analyzing the category of external factors into the preferences of students choosing MTS. The method used in this study is a descriptive study, the technique of saturated samples. The results of this study are: (a) aspects of the internal factors that became preference students choose MTS is because you want to explore the religion of Islam. (b) aspects of the external factors that become Preferences students choose MTS is located on aspects No other options, (c) Category internal factors become the preference of students choosing MTS at the middle category, (d) Category external factors become preference students choose MTS in low category.
