ABSTRACT: This study aims to investigate the influence of computer knowledge and innovative attitude towards the work effectiveness of teachers' SMP In Kecamatan Bagan Sinembah. Research conducted on 117 junior high school teachers in the district Bagan Sinembah chosen by random sampling technique. This research method used survey method. Test of the instrument to test the validity and reliability of the instrument is calculated using Cronbach Alpha formula. Requirements analysis of data in the normality test with a test population Liliefors, parametric statistical analysis techniques, namely regression analysis, simple correlation and multiple correlation with level of α = 0.05. The result showed that Partially computer knowledge has a correlation coefficient of 0.616 or 61.6%. Then partially innovative attitude has a correlation coefficient of 0.573 or 57.3%. Then the computer knowledge and innovative attitude together simultaneously influence the effectiveness of teachers' work is the multiple correlation coefficient between the two independent variables with the dependent variable Ry.12 of 0.728 or 72.8%.
