Analisis Faktor – Faktor Sosial Ekonomi Yang Mempengaruhi Fertilitas Di Kota Pekanbaru

This study aims to determine how much influence the level of education wife, first marriage age, long use of contraception and family income on fertility in Pekanbaru City. This study using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 21.0 application. Variables of determination (R2) indicates that the value of fertility in Pekanbaru City influenced by level of education wife, first marriage age, long use of contraception, and family income, while the rest of the other variable. And simultaneous regression coefficient (F test) showed that overall the independent variables, the level of education wife (X1), first marriage age (X2), long use of contraception (X3) and family income (X4), a significant effect on the dependent variable fertility (Y) in Pekanbaru City as evidenced by the value of F count larger than F table. From the results of the partial t test showed that t wives level of education wife, first marriage age, long use of contraception, and family income, a significant effect on fertility as evidenced by a probability value t is smaller than significant level.
