Pengaruh Layanan Bimbingan Kelompok Terhadap Peningkatan Pemahaman Karir Siswa Kelas XI Di SMA Handayani Pekanbaru Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015

This research aims to; 1) To know the increase career of student excecute service group guidence . 2) To know the process of being given information service about group guidence to student career understanding. 3) To know about progress of career understanding after being given service group guidence. 4) To know how the different before and after given service group guidance against student career understanding.5) To know the increasing of student career understanding after execute service group guidance.the subject of research are students from class XI Science SMA Handayani Pekanbaru within 90 respondent.and sample is 30% of the population, using simple random sampling technique. Based on the results of data before given service group guidance,founded 7% on high category,33 % on medium level and 60% on low level category.and after excecuted service group guidance, 37 % on High level category, 50 % on medium ang 13 % on low category.Base on hypothesis result, the influence of significant to service group guidance against of students self adjustment on 25 %.
