Penyidikan Terhadap Penyedia Jasa Prostitusi Melalui Media Internet Di Wilayah Hukum Polisi Daerah Metro Jaya

Over the last five years range (2009-2014), there were four cases of prostitution services provider via the Internet are handled by Polda Metro Jaya. They (RW carriers website, NA-pimp and HD-field operations). In March 2014, the US suspects SL SY and captured by managing facebook account Andi Hotel Room. The formulation of the problem in this research is how the investigation on prostitution services provider via the Internet in the jurisdiction of Metro Jaya Regional Police?,what are the obstacles in the investigation of prostitution services provider via the Internet in the jurisdiction of Metro Jaya Regional Police ?,how is the effort made to overcome obstacles in the investigation of prostitution services provider via the Internet in the jurisdiction of Metro Jaya Regional Police?. From the results of investigations conducted by the police Special Criminal Investigation Directorate (Ditreskrimsus) Polda Metro Jaya note that cyber criminals utilize the social networking website Facebook and the like to transact sex.Earlier,police received reports of a number of pages (websites) which alleged practice of prostitution services provider via the Internet. The actors create their own web page and displays a complete picture of the woman with her profile.Investigation conducted by tracking the whereabouts of the perpetrator by tracing the Internet Protocol address ("IP Address") actors based log IP addresses stored in the management server web site/homepage is used as a means of actors in. Barriers experienced police Jakarta Police in the investigation process is more difficult to conduct investigations against perpetrators of criminal acts of prostitution, and it is difficult to find the real identity of the perpetrator because all the actors act using electronic devices is also a web site / homepage is located outside the territory of their owners Indonesian jurisdiction (such as facebook, google,twitter,yahoo,etc.). Efforts made in overcoming factors such barriers is to enforce and implement laws and regulations that apply properly and optimally, improve the means and facilities to make it easier for law enforcement in combating prostitution services provider via the Internet, and raising public awareness in in law enforcement as well as applying the oriental culture in life.
