Pengaruh Pengawasan, Kesehatan Dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) Terhadap Kinerja Melalui Semangat Kerja Karyawan Pada Pt. Riau Crumb Rubber Factory Pekanbaru

This research was conducted at PT. Riau Crumb Rubber Factory in order to determine the effect of supervision, health and safety on performance through spirit of employee. Variables used is supervision (X1) and occupational health and safety (X2), spirit (Y1) and performance (Y2). Data analysis using path analysis with SPSS version 18.0. The population of all employees who work totaled 151 people. While the sampling technique with slovin formula amounted to 110 employees. Based on the survey results revealed that there are significant indirect supervision of work on performance through spirit of employee and there is a direct influence on the occupational health and safety performance through spirit of employee. Companies should pay attention to what are the factors that influence employee performance to be low by increasing surveillance, attention to health and safety and employee morale in completing the work so that the employee's performance can be improved.
