Optimasi Produksi Dan Identifikasi Senyawa Antimikrobdari Jamur Sporothrix Sp. Lbkurcc43 Diisolasi Dari Tanaman Dahlia (Dahlia Variabilis)

Dahlia tubers contain fungus Sporothrix sp. which have antimicrobial activity. The objective of this research was to determine the agitation (75,100,125,150 and 175 rpm) that effect the activity of antimicrobial in malt extract broth (MEB). The result showed that agitation of 150 rpm have the antimicrobial activity. It produced the inhibition zone of 21,00±0,58 mm againts Staphylococcus aureus and 12,80±0,51 mm againts Escherichia coli and there is no antimikrobial activity at Candida albicans. The identification of function group showed the extract contained O-H, N-H, C=O and halide.
