Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi Dan Keadilan Organisasi Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Ocb) Serta Dampaknya Pada Kinerja Guru Smk Masmur Pekanbaru

Purpose of this research is to investigate the influence of organizational commitment and organizational justice on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and its impact on teacher performance SMK Masmur Pekanbaru. The study population was all teachers in SMK Masmur in Pekanbaru totaling 64 people. In this study used census method, the entire population sampled that all teachers in SMK Masmur Pekanbaru. Research hypothesis testing is done by using the model of path analysis (path analysis).
The results were obtained the following conclusion: there was the influence of organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of teachers SMK Masmur Pekanbaru. There is the influence of organizational commitment on teacher performance SMK Masmur Pekanbaru. There is the influence of organizational justice to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of teachers in SMK Masmur Pekanbaru. There was the influence of organizational justice to the performance of teachers of SMK Masmur Pekanbaru there are significant organizational commitment and organizational justice on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) teachers SMK Masmur Pekanbaru. There is the influence of organizational commitment organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on teacher performance SMK Masmur Pekanbaru.
