Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Dan Job Insecurity Terhadap Turnover Intention Di Mediasi Oleh Kepuasan Kerja Pada Karyawan Pt. Alamsari Lestari Kebun Sei Cenaku Indragiri Hulu
This study aim to determined the influence of organizational culture and job insecurity both directly and indirectly on turnover intention is mediated by job satisfaction. We used all to population of the company employee as our samples by using census method, because of samples to analysis limited our data. We applicate Path analysis technique using SPSS 21.0.
The results showed this organizational culture and job insecurity had a positives significant effect on job satisfaction and performance directly, and job satisfaction had a positives significant effect on Turnover Intention directly too. Organizational Culture had a positives and significant effect on turnover Intention directly through job satisfaction on the other hand job insecurity had the same effect like organizational culture, on job insecurity directly through job satisfaction positives significant on empirical study at PT. Alamsari Lestari Kebun Sei Cenaku Indragiri Hulu.
