The study was conducted at PT Ganda Buanindo Singingi Kuantan Hilir Regency Kuantan Singingi. Aims to determine the effect simultaneously and partially Communications, Morale and Work Experience of the Effectiveness of Employee PT Ganda Buanindo.
There are four variables: the dependent variable and the three independent variables. The study was conducted with a sample of 112 people. Research using test equipment and multiple regression analysis using census techniques by giving questionnaires to the respondents. In terms of data analysis, using qualitative and quantitative methods using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) version 20.0.
The analysis showed that the variables of Communication, Spirit of Work and Work Experience jointly affect the effectiveness of Employee PT Ganda Buanindo by 0.000 significant. The influence of partial variable Communication, Spirit of Work and Work Experience Against Intention Employees PT Buana Finance. The most influential variable most strongly to the effectiveness of Employees PT Ganda Buanindo is variable spirit of work (X2).
