Pengaruh Belanja Modal, Dana Perimbangan Dan Pendapatan Asli Daerah Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Pemerintah Kota/Kabupaten Provinsi Riau Tahun 2011 – 2014

This study aims to determine whether capital expenditures affect the financial performance, to determine whether equalization funds affect the financial performance and to determine whether the local revenue affect the financial performance of the City / Regency of Riau Province in 2011-2014.
The population in this study is the City / Regency in Riau province, conducted the study observation period from 2011 to 2014, and data times series (time series) is termed the data pooled cross section-times series. The analytical method used in this study is a statistical analysis used analysis model in the form of multiple linear regression equation.
The results showed that the first hypothesis testing capex will affect the revenue. Then test both hypotheses suggests that the equalization funds have an impact on revenue. And the third hypothesis indicates that the local revenues do not affect the performance. The level of influence between variable Capex, fund balance and influential source revenue amounted to 51.10%. While the remaining 49.90% influenced by other variables that are not observed in this study.
