the purpose of this research is to know the effect of loan to deposit ratio (LDR), non performing loan (NPL), return on asset (ROA) and return on equity (ROE) to credit of working capital for period 2012-2014. This research is done at banking companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange for period 2012-2014,. The data used in this research are 31 banking companies from 37 companies during 2012-2014 have a criteria and were analyzed descriptive statistic and multiple regression were performed to test the hypotheses. The statistical methods use in this research are simple regression and multiple regressions. The result of this research find that 46,20 % credit of working capital influenced by variable of loan to deposit ratio (LDR), non performing loan (NPL), return on asset (ROA) and return on equity (ROE), while about 53,80% credit of working capital influenced by other variable. The result of this research shows that only loan to deposit ratio (LDR) and non performing loan (NPL) has significant effect to credit of working capital at Banking Company Which Listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange at Period 2012-2014 and then, return on asset (ROA) and return on equity (ROE) has unsignificant efect to credit of working capital at Banking Company Which Listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange at Period 2012-2014.
