This study aimed to examine the effect of public accountability, participation budgeting, goal clarity and decentralization on the performance of local government officials in SKPD Kabupaten Siak.
The population in this study were employees who work in Siak district SKPD totaling 45 SKPD. Purposive sampling methods was used in the study. The sample in this study were 90 respondents. The data used of multiple linear regression, using SPSS software version 20.0.
The results of this study indicate that public accountability, participation budgeting, goal clarity and decentralization affect the performance of local government officials at the SKPD Kabupaten Siak. Thus all of hypothesis was accepted.
