The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of good corporate governance, credit risk and company performance to firm value, analyze the influence of good corporate governance to credit risk, analyze the influence good corporate governance to company performance and analyze the influence good corporate governance to firm value mediated by credit risk and company performance as intervening variable. Endogenous variables in this research are credit risk measure with Non Performing Loan (NPL) variable, company's performance measure with Return On Asset (ROA) variable, and the firm value measure with Price Earning Ratio (PER) variable, while exogenous variable in this research is good corporate governance measure with good corporate governance index (GCGI). This research used secondary and population of the research consist 40. The sampling method is purposive sampling. Sample of the research consist 27 banking companies period of 2009-2015. Data collection technique in this research is documentation and review literature. Analysis method that used is path analysis with software WarpPLS 4.0. result of this examination of 27 banking companies listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2009-2015. The results showed that the variables GCGI and ROA directly effect to PER and variable NPL no effect directly to PER. Variable GCGI directly effect to ROA and NPL and effect indirectly to PER through ROA. Variable GCGI no effect indirectly to PER through NPL.
