Pengaruh Latihan Reactive Jumps Over Hurdles Terhadap Explosive Power Otot Tungkai Saat Melakukan Spike Pada Tim Putra Bola Voli Smk N 5 Pekanbaru
The problem in this research is "the lack of basic technic and ability to perform the spike, and the shortcoming of the explosive power of leg muscles while doing the spike. From jumping the several times while doing the spike, apparently still not optimal or we can categorized it as low. This is proved from the number of smacks they did was netted, the smacks was easily blocked, so the team is easily to get attack from the opposing team. The athletes are also rapid less when performing spike, so the ball down beforehand parallel with the net. The design of this research is experimental, with a population of volleyball players of SMKN 5 Pekanbaru, the data in this research is whole population with 12 people as the total. The instruments that used in this research is vertical power jump test, which aims to measure the strength of leg muscles. Thereafter the data is processed statistically, to test the normality with lilifor test at significant level 0,05a. The hypothesis is the effect of jump over hurdles exercise to explosive power of leg muscles. Based on analysis of T test, generates T count by 3.94 and amounted to 1.796. It means T table > T arithmetic. Based on the analysis of statistical data, the data is normal. Thus there is the effect of jump over hurdles exercise towards explosive power of leg muscles while performed the spike in volleyball team at SMK N 5 Pekanbaru.
