Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Hubungan Interpersonal Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Loyalitas Kerja Karyawan Pt. Sutra Benta Perkasa Pekanbaru
This study aims to know how the effect of transformational leadership style, interpersonal relations and working environment simultaneously and partially to loyalty of employees in PT. Sutra Benta Perkasa Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all employees of the office of PT. Sutra Benta Sutra Benta Perkasa Pekanbaru 60 people. The sampling is done by making all employees in the sample. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis with quantitative analysis tools that multiple linear regression with SPSS version 18:00
After analyzing the data, simultaneous test (F-test) shows the transformational leadership style, interpersonal relationships and working environment have significant influence to loyalty of employees, while the partial test (t-test) showed that transformational leadership style, interpersonal relationships and working environment have significant influence to loyalty of employees of PT , Sutra Benta Perkasa Pekanbaru
Head of the company needs to increase employee loyalty so that the employee is willing to sacrifice personal interests for the sake of the company. For example, by giving awards or other bonuses to employees who have contributed more to the company and also the leadership is expected to give more attention to employees to show a sense of caring and providing advice to the employee who made a mistake at work.
